Reporter: How are you feeling about the Centennial today?
Clint Eastwood: I’m feeling fine I’m awake it’s nice it’s good it’s beautiful day and a beautiful day in downtown Carmel this is the same kind of day when I first came here you know 60 years ago and what are you most looking forward to today today lunch whatever I’m just going to go down and see what the folks want to do the outfit these are all old stuff this is uh this is Fonzie I wore this and Fistful of Dollars a few dollars more and they’re good the bad and the ugly those were early pictures of mine that started me out and this hat I came from unforgiven award Academy award-winning movie and which I was in and what else shoes might have come from yeah Spurs maybe and what is it about Carmel that keeps bringing you back you know it’s just a great place to be it’s a small town the square mile and it’s a place where you it doesn’t change much because it’s only a square mile you can’t change you can’t expand too much so it always kind of remains the same you always said get the same feeling when you come back that that you did in my case many years ago
